Cambodian Genocide Institute- Zaha Hadid

Zaha Hadid has reveiled her design for the Sleuk Rith Institute in Phnom Penh. Five wooden towers, inspired by ancient Angkorian architecture, will house the institute. As the towers rise, the structure will interweave and link, which will connecrt various departments above the ground level and uniting the institutioin as a single whole. Below are some pictures of the design

Once again, I do not take credit for images in this post since I found them at http://www.archdaily.com/555976/zaha-hadid-designs-five-wooden-towers-to-house-cambodian-genocide-institute/5437ede5c07a802a6900000e_zaha-hadid-designs-five-wooden-towers-to-house-cambodian-genocide-institute_sleuk_rith_institute_south_facade___memorial_park_-jpg/

Private Spaces- Taylor Howes

"(...) Taylor Howes has carved a unique niche in the market where impeccable design constantly meets expectations. With a dedicated team of talented and very approachable designers, the practice has grown into one of the most successful companies in its field (...)"

In my opinion, the project below not only shows great refinement and technique, but personality, and that is what sets these homes apart. Taylor Howes projects can be clearly identified due to their amazing design and contrasts.

The greenery found throughout the project create a really cosy atmosphere as you would normally not expect to find something like this indoors. It is an amazing feature that truly complements a project.

Once again, the table lamps are amazing. They create this design feeling to the room and attract people to it. They most definitely are the eye-catching opulent design feature in this light coloured bedroom

On the right, you can see that the artwork really lights up the room and gives it an unique refinement. The vases for the plants and the vases for the candles on top of the fireplace are simple accessories that light up the mood in the room

The dining area is complemented with a magnificent light fixture which conveys a modernistic bling. Also the office table on the right is very "clean" and provides the room with unexaggerated decor yet eye catcing and brilliant

As you can see, all of these rooms show a soft colour pallet, which creates a "clean" environment and makes it very pleasant. There are iconic decorations and always a very eye catching piece of furniture.

Private Spaces- European Home

I guess the only think I didn't really write about is architecture itself. The concept of designing exterior amazing looking masterpieces that complement all styles around the globe. In this post I will be mainly focusing on modern private spaces. I have decided to use various images so you can clearly get an idea of the property and its aspects. Throughout this project modern styling was incorporated in the design so in a few years from now this will not be seen as an old house. This is one of the most important aspects of a home: it is an ongoing project.
